The designs look good. I still think you should have a bigger range of value, ie. more dark values and/or weaker chroma in the background to make the words pop out--especially in the first five. You have a pretty limited value range here, and most of the colors are strong in chroma, which makes it hard to focus. The last one gets a little confusing and hard to read; maybe just a flat background would work better. Or have the receding squares off-center to go back to the smallest "x". Or have the background only show space around the "x". We can talk more about these in class Tuesday.
